My publications explore relations between personal well-being and social and political structures. In academic terms, this means that they are located between political philosophy on one edge (e.g., study of Socratic self-knowledge, Buberian dialogue, language and ethics) and comparative politics on the other (e.g., studies of parties' laws, of constitutional discourse, of regime formation and decay in the Israeli context). In between are studies in civic education, civics curriculum-development and studies in language and political cognition.
The list of publications includes research I conducted for educational agencies and for branches of Israeli government. Some I initiated (primarily those pertaining to civic education and curriculum development) others were commissioned (primarily those related to regime and constitutional change in Israel).
